Vitamin C is the primary source of strength for the immune system. It increases the production of white blood cells which are the key in fighting diseases. Eating foods, fruits and beverages that are rich in vitamin C is unavoidable for boosting your immune system naturally.

A) Citrus fruits

Citrus fruits has high vitamin C contents.

  • Grapefruits
